SERVICE HOURS
Housekeeper: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Cook two meals daily with the kitchen open no later than 7:00pm.
Breakfast and lunch or Breakfast and dinner. When guests choose breakfast and dinner, the staff typically serves breakfast, cleans up and attends to the daily cleaning routines afterwards. Enrique, the houseman, takes the opportunity to shop for whatever is missing for dinner. In the afternoon they serve a snack (upon request), happy hour and then dinner which is usually at 7:00pm.
The staff is off on National Holidays.
