    Casita: Please note that the kitchenette area in the casita is not a functioning amenity. There is a minibar (refrigerator) to store drinks. All cooking and food storage will take place in the villa’s main kitchen.

    Staff Services

    House Manager, Chef, Waiter, Housekeeper, and complimentary concierge services.

    The staff is off on Sundays and national holidays. Sunday service is available for arrivals or departures with a $3,000 MXN surcharge fee.

    Service Hours

    Housekeepers: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

    Waiter, Bartender, Chef: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. The chef prepares two meals daily, with the kitchen closing by 7:00 pm. The staff takes a lunch break in the afternoon, shops for groceries, and attends to their daily duties.

    Food and Beverages

    The cost of food and beverages is not included. We will provide menu suggestions to help you plan meals before your arrival and throughout your stay. Alternatively, our chef can create menus based on your food preferences and dislikes.

    Our chef prepares two meals daily, with the kitchen closing by 7:00 pm. Guests can choose between breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. If guests opt for breakfast and dinner, the staff will serve breakfast, clean up afterward, and manage daily cleaning routines between services. A third meal service will incur a surcharge of $2,000 MXN, payable in cash.

    Grocery Shopping

    Our staff will undertake one grocery shopping trip per day to prepare meals and fulfill any additional food or beverage requests you may have for stocking the villa. Guests must reimburse staff for groceries purchased (pesos and dollars are accepted). No credit cards are accepted. A 10% shopping fee will be added to the grocery bill.

    Meal Presentation

    Meals are served “family style,” ensuring everyone enjoys the same appetizer, main course, and dessert, except in cases of allergies or dietary restrictions.
