Food and Beverages:
The cost of food and beverages is not included. We will provide you with menu suggestions to help you plan meals before your arrival and throughout your stay.
Meal Presentation:
Meals are served “family style,” ensuring everyone enjoys the same appetizer, main course, and dessert, except in cases of allergies or dietary restrictions.
Grocery Shopping:
Our Staff will undertake one grocery shopping trip per day to prepare meals and fulfill any additional food or beverage requests you may have for stocking the villa. Guests must reimburse Staff for groceries purchased (pesos and dollars are accepted). A 10% shopping fee will be added to the grocery bill.
Staff & Services:
We provide a house manager, Chef, waiter, and housekeeper and complimentary concierge services.
Service Hours:
Housekeepers: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Chef prepares two meals daily, and the kitchen closes by 7:00 p.m. Meal options include breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. If guests choose breakfast and dinner, the Staff serves breakfast, cleans up afterward, and manages daily cleaning routines.
Our houseman, Enrique, handles shopping for any needed dinner items. In the afternoon, they offer a snack upon request, followed by happy hour and dinner, typically at 7:00 p.m7:00 Staff is off on Sundays and national holidays. Sunday service is available for arrivals or departures.
